The new album, "A Matter of Life and Death", is out on the 28th August (according to Amazon) and the track listing looks like this...
Disc: 1
1. Different World
2. These Colours Don't Run
3. Brighter Than A Thousand Suns
4. Pilgrim
5. Longest Day
6. Out Of The Shadows
7. Reincarnation Of Benjamin Breeg
8. For The Greater Good Of God
9. Lord Of Light
10. Legacy
There's also a special edition with 2 discs... The 2nd disc is a DVD and has the following on...
Disc: 2
1. Making Of A Matter Of Life And Death
2. Reincarnation Of Benjamin Breeg
3. Different Word
I've only the heard "Reincarnation of Benjamin Breeg" so far and it definitely sounds promising.
Has anyone else heard any more?
^quite a nice cover too!

Right, I got it yesterday and after having given it a couple of spins I've gotta say it's fucking brilliant. It's Maiden at their darkest, heaviest, most progressive best. At this early stage in my relationship with it, standout tracks are "For The Greater Good of God" (Bomber Harris proving that he's still one of the most relevant songwriters in the world), "These Colours Don't Run" (up there with Maiden's best) and "Brighter Than A Thousand Suns", on which Maiden have rarely sounded more menacing. And the traditional "punchy opener" "Different World" is much better than the lame duck opening number from "Dance of Death". Maiden are back, and thank fuck for that.
