Well, for one, it's meant to be a list of Black/Death Metal bands... and they've got albums by the likes of My Dying Bride in there. As you may know, I love MDB and I'm highly excited about seeing them in September, but they're not Death or Black Metal. They're Doom! Personally, I'd prefer this to be in two separate lists because as far as I'm concerned (aside from the cross-over stuff, ie Akercocke, Naglfar) Death and Black are very different. For instance, it's not possible for me to choose which album is better out of Obituary's "The End Complete" and Vesperian Sorrow's "Psychotic Sculpture" because they're two completely different genres. |

I agree with most of this list, but in my opinion, the only changes id make would be to put Cradle of filths Cruelty and the beast at Nuimber one and Dimmu Borgirs Death Cult Armegeddon at Number 2 | ||
