I dont wholey think these all fit the Nu metal tag but they have been called Nu metal at times so I'll list them anyhows.
My top ten er ...4 Nu metal bands are-
Deftones
Taproot
Mudvayne
P.O.D
Thats it as these bands are the only Nu metal bands that I think have more than one QUALITY album (IMO)

I would say Staind who i think are really good but I dont think they have much to do with Nu metal other than the occasional bit here and there and that they are more a heavy rock band with maybe a dash of grunge if your not looking past the vocal tone.

I'd agree. I thought "Break The Cycle" was a great album... and I still listen to it quite a bit. I haven't listened to any of their stuff since that album. What's is like? Good? Bad? Ugly?

Both following albums "14 Shades of Grey" & "Chapter V" are really good (IMO) and well worth a look if you liked "Break The Cycle".
