Why is it......That when you burn your mouth on something that's hot, you still try to eat/drink it immediately afterwards? 
I just did that with a mug of coffee... Stupid Lou!
Angela will know that I did a similar thing with biting my mouth on the night we went to see Nephwrack. That really hurt!

Why is it that cats hate water so much?
As for the burning thing, i have no idea. I've done it as well though, it's as if you assume the drink has cooled down in that second. Weird.

In my second approach I always sneak up on it to try and catch it out! LOL

As for the toe nail thing... I usually do all my toe nail nibbling while listening to Right Said Fred... in a mostly darkened room.
