Much as I adore Maiden, I can't defend all of their videos . . . . Not seen the "Reincarnation . . . " video, but love the song. Decent Maiden videos . . . Afraid To Shoot Strangers, 2 Minutes To Midnight . . . . er, Women In Uniform is quite funny. And so is Holy Smoke. Run To The Hills is indefensible.
I think Axl's voice is perfect for G'n'R's faster numbers (Jungle, Michelle etc), the only time it can grate a bit is on the ballads. And the ballads aren't the reason people love G'n'R anyway!
